This study aimed to explore the relationship between strategic management and organizational performance, focusing on the mediating role played by competitive advantage at Emirates Global Aluminium. The study relied on a quantitative analytical approach using a questionnaire as the primary tool to collect data from a sample of (302) employees holding senior and middle management positions within the company. The data were analyzed using Smart PLS4 to test the structural model and study hypotheses. The study results showed that strategic management has a significant and positive impact on competitive advantage, and that competitive advantage, in turn, strongly and directly impacts organizational performance. While the direct relationship between strategic management and organizational performance is weak, the inclusion of competitive advantage as an intervening variable revealed a strong and statistically significant indirect effect.
