Author Guidelines

The Universal Journal of Green Human Resources and Sustainable Humanities (UJGHRSH) welcomes original scholarly contributions that advance knowledge in green human resource management, sustainability studies, social sciences, humanities, organizational development, environmental responsibility, and related interdisciplinary fields. Authors are encouraged to submit high-quality research that contributes to theory, practice, policy development, and sustainable societal transformation.

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION. Submitted manuscripts must represent original and unpublished work; not be under consideration by another journal or publisher; be written in clear and professional academic language; fall within the journal's aims and scope; and comply with the journal's ethical and formatting requirements. Authors are responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their submissions. Submission of a manuscript indicates that all listed authors have approved the manuscript and agree with its submission.

TYPES OF CONTRIBUTIONS. The journal accepts original research articles, review articles, conceptual and theoretical papers, case studies, policy analyses, book reviews, short communications, and interdisciplinary research papers.

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI). The journal supports the responsible and transparent use of AI tools in research and manuscript preparation. Authors must disclose any use of AI technologies, including data analysis and interpretation, statistical processing, language editing or text generation, coding and software assistance, literature organization and synthesis, and image/figure/chart/graphical content generation. A clear AI Disclosure Statement must be included in the manuscript when AI tools have been used. Human authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all submitted content; AI systems cannot be listed as authors.

MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE. Manuscripts should normally include a title page (full title, authors, affiliations, ORCID identifiers, corresponding author details), an abstract (150-250 words summarizing purpose, methodology, findings, and significance), 3-6 keywords, and a main text comprising introduction, literature review, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion (alternative structures may be accepted for humanities and theoretical research), followed by complete and consistently formatted references.

FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS. Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), Times New Roman 12-point font, 1.5 line spacing, standard page margins, and continuous page numbering, with tables and figures embedded near their first citation.

CITATION AND REFERENCING STYLE. The journal recommends the latest edition of the APA referencing style unless otherwise specified by the Editorial Board. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all citations and references.

FIGURES AND TABLES. Figures, tables, and illustrations must be clearly labeled, numbered, captioned, and cited within the text, and must be original or accompanied by appropriate permissions. Any AI-assisted creation of figures, images, charts, or visual materials must be disclosed.

PLAGIARISM AND RESEARCH INTEGRITY. All submissions may be screened using plagiarism-detection software prior to peer review. The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, and misrepresentation of authorship. Manuscripts found to violate these standards may be rejected or retracted.

PEER REVIEW. All submissions undergo initial editorial screening, double-blind peer review by independent experts, and editorial evaluation and final decision. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts before final acceptance.

LANGUAGE OF PUBLICATION. The journal accepts manuscripts in English and Arabic. All submissions must meet acceptable academic language standards.
