Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 220 employees, and 185 valid responses were obtained with a response rate of 84.1%. The results showed a significant positive direct effect of GHRM practices on Competitive Advantage, as well as a significant positive direct effect of Competitive Advantage on Organizational Health. The findings also revealed a significant direct effect of GHRM practices on Organizational Health, along with a significant indirect effect through the mediating role of Competitive Advantage.
