The Universal Journal of Future Intelligence: Innovations and Artificial Intelligence (UJFIIAI) welcomes original scholarly contributions that advance knowledge, innovation, and practical applications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent systems, data science, robotics, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. The journal encourages interdisciplinary research that contributes to the responsible development and application of future intelligence technologies for societal, economic, educational, and industrial advancement.

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION. Submitted manuscripts must represent original and unpublished work; not be under consideration by another journal or publisher; be written in clear and professional academic language; fall within the journal's aims and scope; and comply with ethical publishing and research integrity standards. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all submitted materials. Submission of a manuscript indicates that all listed authors have approved the manuscript and agree with its submission.

TYPES OF CONTRIBUTIONS. The journal accepts original research articles, review articles, theoretical and conceptual papers, case studies, technical reports, short communications, industry and innovation perspectives, and interdisciplinary research papers.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISCLOSURE. UJFIIAI supports the transparent and responsible use of AI tools in research and manuscript preparation. Authors must disclose any use of AI technologies, including text generation or language editing, data analysis and interpretation, machine learning model development, coding assistance, statistical analysis, and image/figure/visualization generation. A clear AI Disclosure Statement must be included in the manuscript when AI tools have been used. AI systems cannot be listed as authors; human authors remain fully responsible for all submitted content.

MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE. Manuscripts should normally include a title page (full title, authors, affiliations, ORCID identifiers, corresponding author details), an abstract (150-250 words summarizing objectives, methodology, findings, and significance), 3-6 keywords, and a main text comprising introduction, literature review, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion (alternative structures may be accepted for theoretical or technical contributions), followed by complete and consistently formatted references.

REPRODUCIBILITY AND TRANSPARENCY. Authors are encouraged to promote transparency and reproducibility by providing sufficient methodological details, clearly describing algorithms, models, and experimental procedures, reporting datasets, software tools, and evaluation methods used, and sharing data and code where legally, ethically, and technically feasible. Any limitations affecting reproducibility should be clearly disclosed. Where applicable, authors should include a Data Availability Statement.

FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS. Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), Times New Roman 12-point font, 1.5 line spacing, standard page margins, and continuous page numbering, with tables and figures embedded near their first citation.

CITATION AND REFERENCING STYLE. The journal recommends the latest edition of the APA referencing style unless otherwise specified by the Editorial Board. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all citations and references.

FIGURES AND TABLES. Figures, tables, and illustrations must be clearly labeled, numbered, captioned, and cited within the text, and must be original or accompanied by appropriate permissions. Any AI-assisted generation of visual materials must be explicitly disclosed.

PLAGIARISM AND RESEARCH INTEGRITY. All submissions may be screened using plagiarism-detection software and research integrity assessment tools before peer review. The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, misrepresentation of authorship, and undisclosed AI-generated content.

PEER REVIEW. All submissions undergo initial editorial screening, double-blind peer review by independent experts, and editorial evaluation and final decision. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts before final acceptance.

LANGUAGE OF PUBLICATION. The journal accepts manuscripts in English and Arabic. All submissions must meet acceptable academic language standards.
