This study aimed to determine the degree to which vocational education teachers employ digital skills, from the teachers' own perspective, in Qasabat Irbid. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, with the study population consisting of all male and female vocational education teachers in the Qasabat Irbid Directorate of Education for the 2024/2025 academic year. A purposive sample of 120 teachers was selected, and the study was conducted in public secondary schools in Qasabat Irbid. A 23-item questionnaire distributed across four domains was developed, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results showed that vocational education teachers' employment of digital skills was at a moderate level. The results also revealed no statistically significant differences attributable to gender, while statistically significant differences were found in favor of postgraduate degree holders and in favor of teachers with more than 10 years of experience. Based on these results, the researcher recommends developing specialized, ongoing training programs for vocational education teachers focusing on advanced digital skills, particularly in diversifying online teaching methods and digital learning management, and in providing the necessary technical support and digital educational resources.
