Aims

The International Journal of Pedagogy and Professional Human Development Insights (IJPPHDI) is an international peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research, innovation, and professional practice in education, pedagogy, human development, and educational transformation.

The journal aims to:

The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, conceptual studies, case studies, and interdisciplinary contributions in, but not limited to: pedagogical innovations and teaching strategies; human development and educational psychology; curriculum development and educational assessment; educational technology and digital learning; professional development and teacher education; comparative and international education; sustainable education and human development; and emerging educational issues.

Peer Review Process

IJPPHDI follows a Double-Blind Peer Review system, whereby the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. Manuscripts first undergo an initial editorial assessment by the Editorial Office and the Editor-in-Chief; those that pass are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers. Based on reviewers' reports, the Editor-in-Chief reaches one of the following decisions: accept without revisions, accept with minor revisions, request major revisions, or reject. All submitted manuscripts, review reports, and correspondence are treated as confidential.

Editorial Policies

Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board, without interference from the publisher, sponsors, authors, institutions, or any external parties, and are based solely on scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, and compliance with ethical standards. The journal maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and all forms of academic misconduct, and all manuscripts are screened for plagiarism prior to peer review. Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest. Where significant errors or ethical concerns are identified, the journal may publish a correction, an expression of concern, or a retraction, which remains permanently linked to the original article.

Open Access Policy

All articles published in IJPPHDI are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication. Readers may read, download, and print articles without charge, share them for educational and research purposes, and cite and reference published content without restriction, provided proper attribution is given.

Copyright Notice

Authors retain copyright of their published work. By submitting and publishing their manuscript in IJPPHDI, authors grant the journal the non-exclusive right to publish the article in electronic and print formats, to archive and preserve the published work, and to disseminate it through indexing services, databases, and repositories. Authors retain the right to use their work in future books, lectures, and educational materials, to deposit the published article in institutional repositories, and to share the published version on personal or institutional websites, provided proper citation of the original publication in IJPPHDI is given.

The journal is committed to the highest standards of publication ethics, transparency, and academic integrity, and expects authors, reviewers, and editors to adhere to internationally recognized ethical principles, including full disclosure of any use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in research or manuscript preparation. The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, and undisclosed AI-generated content.

Language of Publication

The journal accepts manuscripts in English and Arabic. All submissions are subject to peer review and editorial evaluation.
