The Role of Digital Transformation on The Performance of Vocational Education Teachers in Public Schools in Irbid Governorate from Their Perspective

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the role of digital transformation on the performance of vocational education teachers in government schools in Irbid Governorate, as perceived by them, during the academic year 2024/2025. The study community comprises all male and female vocational education teachers in government schools affiliated with the Education Directorates in Irbid Governorate, numbering 447 teachers. The results of the study showed that statistically significant differences exist for the variables of number of years of experience and academic qualification, regarding the role of digital transformation on the performance of vocational education teachers. It also showed that digital leadership has contributed to enhancing the positive impact of digital transformation on the performance of vocational education teachers.
